After senior leadership roles at Apple and Symantec and 5 of my own ventures, I turned my attention to coaching — and built the largest independent coaching practice in Hertfordshire before moving to the South West.
I’ve coached over 300 business owners across the UK, delivered 7 consecutive BizX Award-winning client outcomes, and helped owners add £Millions to their valuations.

I’ve been married for 36 years, raised 3 sons, and have 6 grandchildren. I now live in Dorset with Viv, and we own two Beagles who naturally run the household.
My journey hasn’t been easy. I lost my dad young, started work early, and spent years trying to ‘fit in’. Coaching gave me my voice — and I’ve made it my mission to help others find theirs.
